What is your return policy?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. our security tag must remain attached. The item is not returnable once the security tag has been removed.

Please note that the return shipping fee is covered by the returnee and all return shippings to effe luxury vintage must be traceable. Thus, please retain your receipt of shipping and tracking number until your return has been completed and you have received your refund.

In the case of delivery to countries that require the application of customs duties, the Customer fully assumes the cost even when not foreseeable.

In the event that the Customer does not follow this procedure, effe luxury vintage reserves the right not to proceed with the refund and the return costs and any liability for loss, theft, damage or delay in delivery will remain the responsibility of the customer. of the Customer.

Refunds
