Are the products sold authentic?
Yes, every item sold on effe luxury vintage is authenticated by our in-house experts.
Our team of authentication experts are from various countries with many years of experience in the second-hand luxury goods industry.
Our experts will check the item from beginning to end, ensuring that every component: serialization, metalwork, stitching, composition, accessories or other items that come with the item are consistent with the products produced by the parent company.
Once the authentication process is completed, a unique certificate will be issued in a digital format, which also helps to create the history of the item.
We also cooperate with the professional authentication agency Entrupy, and customers can also request a professional authentication certificate from Entrupy.
How are your products priced?
We grade items based on their condition and provide a detailed description of defects and signs of wear (if any). We use a standard grading system from “Never Worn” to “Good” to clearly indicate the condition of the item.
NEVER WORN: Includes the box/dust bag and no visible sign of wear.
EXCELLENT: Minimal signs of wear but looks new. Can come without accessories.
VERY GOOD: Signs of wear, like scratches and marks but no significant affect on the appearance.
GOOD: Signs of wear that affects appearance more significantly, scratches or flaking leather, etc.
Are the images shown on your website of the actual items for sale?
Yes, every image displayed on effe luxury vintage website are actual photos of each item. We aim to provide as detailed photos as possible where wear and tear and other beauty marks are visible. More information regarding product condition is available on each product page.
